Roasted Vegetable and caramelized onion Farro Salad

Ingredients: 

1 large bunch green beans (about 2 cups), ends trimmed
2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes, a mixture of red and yellow
8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
2 Medium Yellow Onions, medium slice
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 – 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 Cup Farro, uncooked
salt and pepper to taste
