1/4 c. rice vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
toasted nori
soy sauce
wasabi paste
pickled ginger

Any of the following:
pan-fried tofu
red pepper
cucumber
avocado
green onions
white and black sesame seeds
