Rosemary Everything Quick Bread

Ingredients: 

for the bread:

1 cup gluten free oat flour
3/4 cup raw buckwheat flour
1/2 cup almond meal
2 tablespoons ground flax meal
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
butter + 1 tablespoon oat flour (for the pan)
for the topping:

1 large egg
1.5 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1.5 teaspoons dried minced garlic
1.5 teaspoons dried minced onion
2 teaspoons large flaked sea salt
