Salmon Pasta

Ingredients: 

Dressing:
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp red-wine vinegar
1/2tsp minced garlic

Dish:
1/2 cup chilled cooked penne
3-4 sliced basil leaves
1/2 cup sliced grape tomatoes
1/4 cup minced red onion
3 ounces canned wild salmon

Parm cheese (shredded) for topping


  1. Cook penne
  2. Mix up dressing ingredients
  3. Cut up basil, tomatoes, onion
  4. Mix food together
  5. put on dressing
  6. top with parm cheese
