Sausages Potato Salad

Ingredients: 

potato (smaller cubes) - 1 tall glass
knackwurst (short & thick ground pork & garlic) - 1/2
weisswurst (pale beige of veal & pork) - 1/2
bockwurst (pork + cream) - 1/2
gelwurst (yellow) - 1/2
leberwurst - 1/2
buttermilk - 1/2 cup
mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
celery (chopped) - 1/4 cup
dijon mustard - 1/4 cup
black pepper (to taste)
kosher salt (to taste)
onion (chopped) - 1/2 cup
sugar (to taste)

  1. slice all sausages & cubed the potatoes
  2. grill sausages & potatoes & onions together
  3. melt butter in milk & mix with mayonnaise
  4. add all ingredients together & serve
