sesame cucumber salad

We made it without wakame

You can make these ahead and store in the refrigerator for a couple of days.

Ingredients: 

1 medium sized cucumber, peeled only if you prefer
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon agave syrup, or sugar
a couple of pinches of salt
1 teaspoon wakame flakes (or arame, or hiziki), optional
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
