300 g spaghetti
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
400 g tomato puree
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
500 g turkey or chicken mince
1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
1/3 cup roughly chopped basil, plus extra leaves to serve
3 eggs
1 cup grated parmesan, plus 1/2 cup extra
