Ingredients: 

(for 1 pound cake mold)
100g self raising flour
*50g boiled spinach
*20ml milk or soy milk
2 eggs, beaten
40g unsalted butter
90g sugar (80g if you want "spinach" taste)


1) Shift the flour.
2) Melt the butter using a microwave.
3) Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the melted butter and sugar.
4) Add the flour and mix the dough with a rubber spatula in a circular movement (from the edge to the centre).
5) Preheat the oven 180C
6) Put the spinach and milk (ingredients with * mark) in a separate container and crush them with a mixer or a blender. Then mix them with the dough (5).
7) Pour the dough into a pound cake mold.
8) Bake it in the over 180C 30-35 min.
