100g self raising flour
*50g boiled spinach
*20ml milk or soy milk
2 eggs, beaten
40g unsalted butter
90g sugar (80g if you want "spinach" taste)
1) Shift the flour.
2) Melt the butter using a microwave.
3) Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the melted butter and sugar.
4) Add the flour and mix the dough with a rubber spatula in a circular movement (from the edge to the centre).
