3/4 cup butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup whole milk (or 1/4 + 1/8 cup whole milk and 1/8 cup Baileys Irish Cream liqueur)
For green loaf:
1 tsp food coloring
Shamrock cutout or cookie cutter pattern 2 - 2 1/2 in.
Baileys Irish Cream glaze (optional)
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp Baileys
