1 cup / 150 g peeled sunflower seeds
2 cups / 480 ml water
4-5 Tbsp soy sauce or tamari
½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp paprika powder
1 tsp curry powder

+ 3 Tbsp oil, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic
