Teriyaki Beef

Notes: 

A fantastic Way to prepare a marginal cut of Beef. This uses our Teriyaki Marinade, see separate recipe.

Ingredients: 

3-4 Pound flank. flat iron, London broil steak
1 cup of Teriyaki Marinade (see our recipe)
3 cup of white rice
sesame seeds for garnish


  1. Place meat in zip lock bad with teriyaki and merinade in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Grill on open flame or electric grill at very high temperatures till rare to medium rare, let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Cut against the grain in narrow strips.
  4. Serve over white rice
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds.
