Vegan Gluten Free Waffles

Notes:

Ingredients: 

1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk + 1 tsp white or apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive, canola or melted coconut oil
1/4 cup agave nectar or maple syrup
heaping 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 3/4 cups gluten free flour blend - 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour, 1/2 cup potato starch, 1/4 cup tapioca flour, 1/4 cup white rice flour (optional: 1/4 tsp xanthan gum)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch sea salt

Optional Add-Ins:
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp flax seed meal
1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped bananas or other fresh fruit
