2 cups vegan butter, softened
4 egg replacers
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
2 teaspoons lemon juice (preferably fresh)

3/4 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups confectioners’ sugar, divided
