Walnut Cream Sauce

Notes: 

Good over sweet ravioli, like pumpkin or squash

Recipe makes enough for about 4 dozen ravioli

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cup walnuts, roasted in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
a few grindings of nutmeg
dash salt, freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sweet wine such as vin santo or moscato
freshly grated parmesan cheese
