Whole-Wheat Pumpkin Walnut Biscotti

Ingredients: 

3 C whole-wheat flour (I used whole-wheat pastry flour, ’cause that’s what I had)
3/4 C sugar
1 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t salt
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t ground cloves
1/4 t ground ginger
2 eggs
1/2 C pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling!)
1 t vanilla extract
1 C walnuts
