Happy to help. The directions for Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Sweet Potatoes & Cranberries are:
Preheat oven to 400°. Stem and halve the brussels sprouts, cube sweet potatoes, and cut onion into large chunks. Toss all the veggies and the cranberries into a bowl and sprinkle the rest of the ingredients over top. Toss until everything is nicely coated.
Spread everything out on a large cookie sheet, or two average sized ones. You want to give the vegetables room between them so they roast nicely. Don’t pile them on top of each other.
Roast for 15 minutes, flip/stir veggies and then return to oven for another 15 minutes.
