Carrot Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients: 

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup and 2 tbsp plain yogurt
1 cup grated carrot
3 cups white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup canola oil
1 cup grated zucchini
1 tsp cinnamon


Perheat the oven to 375 F
Grease 18-24 muffin cups or line with paper
