1 c sliced green onions
1/2 cup chopped red or green pepper
4 1/2 oz can diced green chili peppers, drained
1/2 c. Salsa
1/2 c. Zesty Italian dressing, I use light version
1 tsp diced garlic
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Few dashes favorite hot sauce
Combine everything except blackeyed peas, gently fold in peas. Cover and chill a couple hours before serving. I like to add sliced onions right before serving so that they stay crunchy.
