2-4 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sliced or slivered almonds, slightly brown in skillet
1 pkg ramen noodles, crushed*
1 head green or Napa (Chinese) cabbage, finely chopped
*For variation on the dressing, try raspberry vinegar in place of rice vinegar and fried Chinese noodles in place of ramen noodles.
