Tempeh-Nectarine Skewers

Ingredients: 

For the Spicy Peanut Sauce:
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chile sauce
1/2 cup water

For the skewers:
2 8-ounce packages tempeh, cubed
10 bamboo skewers, soaked for 30 minutes
1 yellow onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 nectarines, diced
Spicy Peanut Sauce
Grapeseed oil for the grill
