Ingredients: 

1/2 cup Coconut Oil, melted or Butter if you can tolerate it
4 small Sweet Potatoes, peeled and chopped
3 Apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1/2 cup Sucanat/Rapadura (Brown Sugar would work too)
2 tsp ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg
