Vegetarian Egg Rolls

Ingredients: 

Nasoya egg roll wrappers, shredded cabbage, butter,teriyaki sauce, garlic powder,cooking oil.


  1. Heat pan with butter
  2. In a seperate pot heat cooking oil, add enough to cover the egg rolls.
  3. Add in shredded cabbage, season cabbage with teriyaki sauce, garlic powder and more butter
  4. Cook until cabbage is desired texture (I like it soft)
  5. Lay out the egg roll wrap so that it looks like a diamond, spread cabbage across center of diamond about 2 tablespoons. Wrap the egg roll starting with the bottom,then sides, then top. Seal corners as you go with a dab of water.
  6. Fry egg roll in hot oil
