1 cup roasted sunflower butter
2 tbsp ground chia seeds, mixed with 3 tablespoons water to form a paste
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp honey, brown rice syrup, or date syrup *see note
¼ cup xylitol
10 drops stevia concentrate
1 tbsp gluten-free vanilla extract
½ cup cacao powder
¼ tsp Himalayan rock salt
½ tsp gluten-free baking soda
¼ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
