2 egg
1/2 cup (65 g) butter, melted
2/3 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup caster sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup plain flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 small apples, cored and finely diced

Cinnamon cream cheese frosting:
200 g cream cheese
350 ml whipping cream
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
40 g confectionary sugar
