1 pound Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage
15 ounces canned tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups long grain, white rice
3 cups water (or beef broth)
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 green onions, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper, to taste
