Ingredients: 

For the Chocolate Cake:

2/3 cup all-purpose Gold Medal Flour
3 Tb. unsweetened dark cocoa powder
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tb. instant coffee granules
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup water
3 Tb. vegetable oil

For the Glaze:

2 Tb. unsalted butter
2 Tb. unsweetened dark cocoa powder
2 Tb. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup colored candy melts (any color, or smaller portions of multiple colors)
