Vegan Zucchini Brownies

Ingredients: 

The Brownies:
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour (or all-purpose)
¼ cup cocoa powder, plus extra for dusting the pan
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup grated zucchini

The Frosting:
3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons vegan margarine (or butter)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
optional: sprinkles
