½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄3 cup melted coconut oil
2 cups boiling water
coconut oil, for frying
Flaked salt

Garlic butter
4 oz. butter
1 – 2 garlic cloves, freshly squeezed
