Vegetarian Moroccan Chickpea Stew

Ingredients: 

Main Ingredients
1 medium onion chopped
2 large carrots chopped
2 large celery chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 Tbsp butter
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 32 oz box vegetable stock
1 cup red lentils
2 15 oz cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans) rinsed
Moroccan Spice Blend
1 Tbsp ground tumeric
1 Tbsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground paprika
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
Optional Ingredients (But Not Really. Ha!)
2 cups cherry tomatoes quartered
2 cups greens (spinach or chard) roughly chopped
