2 ounces bourbon
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
¾ ounce honey water
To make honey water: add 4 oz water and 4 oz honey to saucepan. Warm until honey dissolves. Turn off heat. Place mixture in the refirgerator to cool before serving
To make the cockail: Combine ingredients. Shake over ice and serve over ice.
