Frangelica Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup peanut butter
1 8 ounce block cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Frangelica (or vanilla)
1 cup non-dairy whipped cream
1 chocolate cookie pie crust
Crushed peanuts


  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese and butter untill well blended.
  2. Gradually add in sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Frangelica and whipped cream to cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spoon into crust.
  5. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top.
  6. Refridgerate until firm, about 3 hours.
