4 large chicken breasts, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup (or any creamed soup)
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup evaporated milk
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon curry powder
1 bag frozen broccoli, thawed
Bread crumbs
Pull chicken from the bone. Layer broccoli and chicken in a 9x 13 casserole pan.
Combine undiluted chicken soup, mayo, milk, cheese, lemon juice and curry powder.
Pour over broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
May be frozen before baking.
