Ingredients: 

山楂 - 500g
藕粉 - 15g
糖 - 200g
水 - 250g

= 南 瓜 凉 糕 =
南瓜
琼脂
冰糖

** 原则上是10g琼脂配500g水,我制作时,5g琼脂搭配约250g(南瓜泥+水)的混合液,喜欢南瓜味道更浓郁的,250g里就增加南瓜的比重,喜欢清爽更低热量的,250里就增加清水的比重。
至于糖的分量,根据各人对甜度的喜好程度,边加变试即可
