翡翠素炒飯

Notes: 

** 蔬菜渣也可以一起加入炒,增加纖維含量

** 1.菠菜所含草酸與鈣鹽能結合成草酸鈣結晶,使腎炎病人的尿色混濁,管型及鹽類結晶增多,故腎炎和腎結石者不宜食。

2.菠菜含有大量草酸,因此有說法指菠菜不可配吃含鈣豐富的豆腐,因草酸鈣太多可能會得腎結石

Ingredients: 

糙米飯------2碗
鮮蘑菇------50克
海tai--------20克
玉米粒------3 tbsp
豆腐--------1/2塊(切小塊)
菜脯--------適量
菜油--------3湯匙
蔬菜汁(以攪拌機隔渣打成汁)
菠菜--------100克
白芝麻------2茶匙
杏包菇 20g (diced)
carrot - 30g (diced)
花生碎 - 2 tbsp


1.在鍋中加入油,依序加入豆腐、玉米、蘑菇及海帶
2.加入菠菜汁炒勻
3.加飯、鹽,炒至汁干身
