腊肠饭

Ingredients: 

chinese sausages - 1x (sliced)
chicken sausage - 1x (sliced)
beef sausage - 1x (sliced)
boiled salted egg - 1x (diced)
chopped spring onions - 2 tbsp
fried red onions - 2 tbsp
boiled taro - 1/2 cup (small cubes)
pepper
soy sauce - 2 tbsp
mirin - 2 tbsp
sugar - 1 tbsp
apple vinegar - 2 tbsp
purple brown rice - 2 small bowls


  1. marinade sausages in soy sauce + mirin + sugar
  2. combine rice + vinegar
  3. add in taro + sausages, mix well
  4. steam until sausages are cooked
  5. pour 1 tbsp sweet sauce (combination on soy sauce + mirin + sugar) over each bowl of rice
  6. add spring onions & fried red onions as garnish
