3 Seed Crackers

1 c. chia seeds
1 c. ground flax seed
1 c. sesame seeds
1 t. salt
2 c. water
You can also add any herbs / spices you like.

Preheat oven 325 deg.
Line 2 baking sheets w/ parchment.
Combine seeds, salt, water. Mix until thickened.
Mix in seasonings, if adding.
Spread onto baking sheets to approx thickness of 1/4 in.
Bake 30 mins. Cut into squares.
Flip over. Bake 30 more mins.
Turn off oven; open slightly.
Let cool in oven to crisp up.
Store in fridge in air-tight container.
