Almond Macaroons

Ingredients: 

1 tablespoon coconut oil
½ cup almond meal
1 tablespoon Natvia
1 egg
¼ cup desiccated coconut
6 almonds (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line and grease a baking tray.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
  3. Mix in 1 egg, 1/2 cup of almond meal, 1 tablespoon of Natvia and 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut.
  4. Roll into 6 balls and place an almond on top of each.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
