Ashley's Smoothie

Notes: 

Can be made with or without greens - I like to add kale, about 1 cup. It's best to do this first, with the milk and yogurt and let it get blended very fine before adding other ingredients, to avoid a weird texture.

Ash wrote the recipe as using Dannon Light & Fit strawberry or strawberry-banana yogurt; I like greek, but I've also used regular plain or vanilla.

I often leave out the banana and substitute other berry blends, or random things like mangoes.

I like Trader Joe's salted creamy PB, and their praline-pecan granola

Ingredients: 

2 oz skim milk
6 oz greek yogurt
1/2 frozen banana
3-5 frozen strawberries
1 T natural peanut butter
1/4 cup granola


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Slice strawberries or bananas for top.
  3. Eat with a spoon :)
