6 Tablespoons Margarine
1/2 Cup Flour
1/4 stick Velveeta
1 Can Chili (No Bean)
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Heat milk till frothy (near boil) stir often. In separate pan melt margarine & stir in flour till smooth. Add to milk stirring until smooth. Add chunks of Velveeta till melted. Add spices & chili - serve with chips
