Baked Chicken Thighs


1.5 pounds Chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
1.5 Tbsp Olive oil (or Canola oil)
1 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Ground pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or 1/4 tsp basil + 1/4 tsp oregano)
1/2 tsp Paprika powder

  1. Place chicken thighs in a bowl and mix with oil, seasoning, salt, pepper, paprika. Season all sides of the chicken 

  2. Transfer chicken thighs to a baking dish. Cover with foil. If there is time, set aside to marinate at least 2 hours. 
  3. Bake 45-60 minutes at 375°F. Chicken temperature should be 160*F to 165*F when removed from oven.  Ch
