BAKED EGGS IN BREAD BOWLS

Notes: 

I baked for 20 minutes in the toaster oven. Nest time, try 15 minutes. I also added a little chopped ham. Would be good with sausage or bacon, also.

Ingredients: 

Crusty Dinner Rolls (as many as you choose)

Large Eggs (one for each roll)

1 tsp. Mixed Herbs (chopped, parsley, chives & tarragon - for each roll)

1 tsp. Heavy Cream (for each roll)

Salt and pepper

Parmesan Cheese (grated, as much as you want to sprinkle on each roll)
