3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
6 Tbs shortening
1 cup milk
1. Sift together dry ingredients
2. Cut in shortening with 2 knives
3. Add milk - the less you stir the better
4. Roll out 1/2 inch thick and cut into rounds
5. Cooking time 12 min @ 450 degrees
