Balsamic Glazed Orange Roughy with White Wine Braised Mustard Greens

Ingredients: 

1-2 t vegetable oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 large (or 2 medium) shallots, minced
1 T white wine
2 T honey
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
4 t Dijon mustard
1 pinch oregano (dried)
salt, pepper and brown sugar to taste

4 Orange Roughy fillets (or another mild fish)
1-2 T vegetable oil
