Banana French Toast

Ingredients: 

1. 2 slices of whole wheat toast
2. 2 medium egg
3. Dole banana
4. 1 piece of cheese
5. Maple syrup
5. 1/2 cups milk
6. 2 teaspoons of cinnamon


  1. Break eggs, milk, cinnamon into a wild, shallow bowl or pie plate, whisk lightly with folk until well blended.
  2. Slice banana in 2cm thin, place on toast, cover by cheese then make it as a sandwich, fixed with woodsticks.
  3. Dip each side of sandwich into eggs mixture, letting slice soak up egg mixture for a few second.
  4. Melt some butter over a skillet on medium high heat.
  5. Transfer sandwich to skillet, fry until brown on both sides, flipping when necessay.
  6. Serve hot with maple syrup

Perp time: 10 mins, Cook time: 15 mins
