1/2 c flour
1 T brown sugar
3/4 t baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
1/8 t ground cinnamon
6 T plain yogurt
6 T milk
1 egg
1/4 t vanilla
1 small, ripe banana, mashed
1/2 c raisins
1 T vegetable oil
Combine dry ingredients. Whisk together yogurt, milk, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to yogurt mixture. Stir in banana, raisins and oil.
