Ingredients: 

2 cans pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 red pepper, minced
2 poblano peppers, minced
1 jalapeno, minced
1/2 onion, minced
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 - 1 Cup water
1/2 Teaspoon ground cumin
6 Tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper
Cilantro (for garnish)
Tortilla chips (for eatin')

Helpful Equipment:

Food Processor (like I say... helpful, but far from essential)
