40g vanilla protein powder (I used Jamie Eason Lean Body for Her Whey Isolate)
1/2 cup baking stevia (or erythritol)
2 tbsp. coconut flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. baking soda
Dash salt (optional)
1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. cashew/coconut butter (I used You Fresh Naturals in White Chocolate)
1/4 cup (2 large) egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. sprinkles (optional)

Frosting
1/2 cup Greek cream cheese (or whipped cream cheese)
25g vanilla protein powder (I used Jamie Eason Lean Body for Her Whey Isolate)
2 tbsp. stevia (I used Truvia)

Additional topping
1 tsp. sprinkles (optional)
