Black Bean Chili

Ingredients: 

6 cups canned black beans (the low-sodium variety)
2 8oz cans of plain tomato sauce
1 10oz can diced tomatoes (or diced with green chilies for an extra kick!)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons cumin
Salt and Pepper to taste
