Black Peppercorn Burger

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 lb Ground Sirloin
40 ew Black Peppercorns (cracked)
5 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
Salt to taste


Directions

  1. Mix salt with th eground meat and make 4 patties
  2. Mix Mustard and Cajun seasoning
  3. Brush the mustard mixture on the patties to cover thinckly and completely
  4. Roll them in the cracked peppers until fully coated
  5. Cook to 160F
  6. Serve with vlue cheese dressing, lettuce, tomatoes, onion and pickles.
