Blackberry Tart


Sweet Pastry Crust:
(Use almond tart recipe)

Cream Filling:

1/2 cup (4 ounces) mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese)

1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy whipping cream

1 tablespoon (14 grams) granulated white sugar

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


1 - 2 cups fresh blackberries or other berries

1/4 cup (60 ml) blackberry or raspberry jam
